Just released my playthrough of this episode! Really awesome game, much bigger and way better than the first entry. The only real critique I had was, for the voice detection with the closet, there needs to be a setting to choose which mic it detects - it worked off of my webcam mic instead of my yeti mic! (At least it seemed that way, as muting my yeti mic did nothing.) Other than that, very spooky and a lot of interesting elements here. Can't wait for episode 3!
A much creepier improvement over the first episode, with some great tense atmosphere. We really enjoyed this one, however we recommend that you add some invisible barriers somewhere along the road to avoid players wandering off for 10 mins+ and breaking the game like we did! We genuinely thought you had to walk along the road and wait for cars to pass, rather than wait by the car, and if you start walking the cars do not spawn at all and the game breaks. Also, for a paid game, I highly recommend a proof-reader for the subtitles. Otherwise, this had a lot going for it and we look forward to episode 3!
This was way better than the first one , in my opinion. I could've done without the driving though 😂 Took me an hour just to pump gas 😂 I did encounter a few bugs though , like falling off the map and my game tried to crash once. Overall, this was a fun and creepy game! Cant wait for episode 3!
And Rayll did it again. You don't need monsters to make a game scary. For some reason this is much scarier since this isn't in the comfort of one's home like the first one. Instead things out are of the character's control which gives this sense of helplessness 10x more frightening.
Honestly Might be my favorite horror game I have recorded yet been a huge fan since the first episode and so happy to see the series going did such an amazing job with the atmosphere and characters!! I also Loved going back and finding most if not all the creepy secrets you were Hiding !! I even found a super creepy room I dont think you were supposed to go into!! Looking forward to episode 3 !!!
Remember Yall Always Check your Closets and never Pick Up HitchHikers
I was so freaking scared literally the entire time. And that's a good thing! The atmosphere was crazy and everything was so well executed! I'm looking forward to the rest of the chapters, though I might have a heart attack while playing.
Wow, this game is absolutely terrifing. Loved the first part and I even love this part more. Keep on doing such great games and I looking forward for the next part. Wanna take a look how good the game is:
This game is so well done i really cant wait to play part 3, also i did not expect to sh*t myself at the end of the game, those jumpscares are insaine^_^
WARNING: i swear a lot in my videos so please have your volume turned down a bit :)
Fears to Fathom has to be one of my new favorite indie horror game series. Everything from the world building to the music was done wonderfully and I can't wait for further installments!
One of the most impressive pieces of short horror content from an indie dev in a while, lots of free reign despite being on a set path, lots of interactable objects and a smart narrative commentary system to help guide you. Even scarier than Home Alone and one of my favourite pieces :)
Absolutely loved this one, took me an embarassing amount of time to find the coffee, but got all endings! Seriously keep up the incredible work, episode 3 can't come soon enough!!
I really love the story I just found it a bit of a bummer how my first instinct was to run at the closet and I basically knew what I was in for 😂 totally my fault I ran to the closet when I was exploring the room first 😂😂😂😂
I enjoyed the game but, ran into one bug. When you're trying to show the motel owner the coffee machine....I got stuck in a talking loop and couldn't exit.
The bad guy using the coffee machine in the offchance somebody would drink some coffee and get drugged was a bit out there, as well.. I thought it was even more funny when the entire machine disappeared.
Overall, it was a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to future episodes.
The game was ok, I loved the idea of the fear that could be built up by having your car break down in such an out of the way place. Although so many aspects of the game feel dragged out, like moving the logs off of the road, just for the car to break down. Was the Car tampered with at the gas station, or were the logs placed there so someone could be robbed or killed. In the end, neither seems to happen and instead you are left waiting for help for a long enough time to make both questions incidental. The coffee machine as well, why did it disappear and who broke into your room after the fact? Why did the neighbours report noise? So many questions yet nothing is answered.
The game feels like it is throwing out red herrings left and right, but in the end is more confusing to what is happening and just drags out the game. The full horror moments can be broken down into two to three events, with parts of fear built up by events like the car breaking down, broken by the time skip. You could take away the car trip, and start from the Motel, and you would effectively have the same game.
Overall I preferred your first game, it just felt that with Home Alone the horror moments were not dragged out, and the moments skipped were needed to just place you at the next horror moment. You even had more memorable moments and a greater build up of suspense. Will still look out for the next game, and what way you take it.

Beautiful horror game, just like the first. Keep these up rayll :)
Great game! Love the chapters concept! Some of the "tasks" in this game were unclear but overall I had a ton of Let's play material from this game!
Rayll does it again! $2.99 for this experience is more than worth. Definitely waiting on the next 🔥🔥🔥 to drop! Awesome work again!

Everything about this game was good to the conversations, ambient music, and the creepy environments. Very well made!

Loved both episodes of this game so far! Love that their based on true stories as well! Cant wait for the next one!
This is one of my worst nightmares. This game is so unbelievably good, i sat in fear for, im not kidding, 30 minutes at the end! Great game guys!
