I really like how these stories could happen in real life... This one and the first episode are probably one of my favorites and the most dangerous scenarios in the series...
THIS ONE REALLY GOT ME SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS!!!
Every instalment of the Fears To Fathom series just keeps on getting better and better. Sure, there's a few jump scares here and there but it's the foreboding, slow build tension that makes these episodic games so great.
Each time going down for firewood made me feel anxious.
Every character felt like a suspect in some Twilight Zone paranoid fuelled nightmare.
Each episode has brought something new and IronBark Lookout is no different - from the mechanics of taking wind/temperature and submitting reports, to making sure the stove is on at night and eventually hiding in a porta potty because some lunatic is on the search for you, you feel that everyone could be a suspect in this well crafted, gem of an indie horror.
Just in time for Halloween, too.
Only slight criticism (and it's a small one) is that the ending felt just a teensy bit rushed. I'm sure the ambiguity is part of the package, but wanted to know if any of the people involved were 'in on it' so to speak. And what happened to Connor?
They brought it again! What an amazing game. Great cameos and mechanics all around. Builds up a lot of suspense and doesn’t let you get comfortable. Get this game! Thank you so much for taking the time to make this series.
Another thrill-ride of a game! The scares were phenomenal and the overall atmosphere and slice-of-life was eye catching and downright terrifying. So glad to be playing through this series, and I can't wait to play the last installment hopefully soon.
Another amazing installment to the series! Truly loved the vibes and environment in this one. The isolation just added a lot to it and I loved every part of it!

YouTube is catching me on 2 songs:
1) boyfriend - Original Key - PianoNest
2) Vitamin 128 bpm D#min - Dreamlife
YouTube's bot has wrongfully claimed these though. The first song does sound similar to the song in the game, but it's not the same song. The 2nd song claimed doesn't sound anything like the song played in the game.
Unfortunately, there's no "your content ID bot is wrong, YouTube" option in the dispute section.
This is one of my favorite indie horror series I've ever played and this episode is the best so far for sure! The creepy and isolating setting of a lookout tower was so unsettling and uncomfortable in the best way. I did not expect to encounter what we did at the end..
I am already looking forward to the 5th (and final?) episode, this is such a great series you've created :)
Loving this new episode in an already INCREDIBLE series!! I had an absolute blast with this one, it had me jumping out of my skin a couple of times! Honestly, Rayll never fails to deliver. 1000/10.
Maaan this series has been nothing but bangers! This episode definitely gave me a creepy feeling that was way different from the others. Enjoyed every minute of it.
I noticed when updating the computer, the number pad doesn’t work. You have to use the numbers at the top of the keyboard instead. When you type in the update code and press enter, it doesn’t nothing. Had to keep repeating the step n finally it worked. Not even sure if it was a bug, but a small annoyance. Great job on the game!
Another incredible experience. I had a blast with this one! The atmosphere was fantastic, as always. I really enjoyed the more open world concept you went for in this one. I found that I was able to do more, interact with more, and the tasks were easy and fun! The story was great, and you implemented the surroundings to fit perfectly!
There were a couple of times where something got glitched, but it was easily fixed.
Overall, this game is an excellent part of your F2F collection. I'm So proud of you!
